• Champagne Grand Cru 2008 vintage biodynamic grapes 40% Pinot Black and 60% Chardonnay amazing accuracy with a beautiful verticality for this champagne from organic viticulture low dose of sugar (3 g / l) developed by Hugues Godmé, wiith a mentholated nose accompanied by citrus and apple aromas and a definitely mineral finish on the palate ;
• Champagne Grand Cru 2009 vintage 100% Chardonnay grapes from Avize, town renowned Côte des Blancs for producing Chardonnay : made by Armand Boastas, available in Version vintage without malolactic fermentation the famous Blanc de Blancs, for a rich and delicate champagne with fragrances Citrus fruits and long melons of calisson flavors obtained by in-cell aging of about 7 years and very low dosage (3 gr / l) ;
