The Champagne Maurice Vesselle comes from vineyards benefiting from the very rare appellation Grand Cru, in hillside located on the southern flank of the Montagne de Reims.
Originally Bouzy, a few miles from Epernay, Thierry and his brother Didier are the fourth generation of winegrowers. They produce fresh and light champagnes.
Their rosé champagne is elaborated according to the traditional method of maceration, exclusively based on Pinot Noir. Aged in cellar for 4 years, this champagne concentrated in red fruits and citrus pulp will seduce you with its freshness and its chalky minerality.
Due to the specific deep plowing, they produce also an amazing vintage 2000 with a rare complexity of aromas that will seduce the connoisseurs.
