Created in 1952 by Jean and Renée, the family house has been producing for 3 generations a Champagne with the appellation Grand Cru, an appellation reserved for 5% of the wine-producing communes of Champagne.
The vines, located in Ambonnay on 7.5 hectares, are renewed by 20 ares every 5 years to guarantee a continuity of quality of production. They are cultivated with reasoned cultivation with partial grassing of the plots, thus ensuring a real respect for the environment.
Prolonged aging in the cellar for about 5 years results in a product of high stability with a custarding potential of about 3 years after commercialization.
Fabrice and Valérie develop an elegant and elegant Champagne, combining the only Grand Cru grapes that are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and offer a varied variation.
The Brut Nature Champagne for Bubbles of Emotion is very low in sugar (3gr / l). It is aimed at lovers of authentic flavors. It is made up of reserve wines from 2008 and 2009, which are exceptional years. This Champagne, made with 80% Pinot Noir & 20% Chardonnay, reveals amazing flavors and a nice freshness in the mouth.
Champagne Brut Rosé for Bubbles of Emotion is particularly fruity with frank aromas of red fruits. It is composed mainly of reserve wines of 2010 and 2011 with a balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and the addition of 15% wine from hillsides. Its colorless bottle makes it possible to appreciate also the elegance and the delicacy of this product in the colors pink-orange.
The Champagne Brut Old Reserve for Bubbles of Emotion is composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay with a high proportion of wines. With a dosage of 9 grams per liter, it remains fairly consensual. Its golden color, its fresh aromas of pears enhanced by honey and biscuit flavors make it an interesting product with a good length in the mouth.
